Which dogs are most suited to the UBEE CITY?
By dint of its size and weight the UBEE CITY is suited to small dogs. The alternative, the UBEE RANGER with its IP67 rating, may suit those dogs who cannot stay out of the water. Nonetheless the UBEE CITY is our most popular urban, small dog device.
Ideal for:

Collars
An optional small collar (25 – 40 cm) is included as an option in the bundle. A larger one (35 – 50 cm neck size) is also available here.

Good tracker and easy to fit on the dog’s collar. Make sure you keep it well charged. Had to contact customer service and they were friendly and helpful

Ralph loves to trot off and explore, and now we can let him without worrying he’ll get lost! Life saver. Love that we can set boundaries and be notified when he goes too far! Setup was quick and the collar looks sleek which is a nice bonus.

This one is a must for anyone with smaller dogs. Suggest you get a collar as it’s easier to attach the tracker. Price was better than elsewhere and customer service was really personal too. Makes a nice change!!

The tracker arrived, well packaged and very quickly. It didnt fit my dog’s collar due to the lumpy collar but it was easily rectified by buying a slightly thinner collar. I had some issues getting it working on my phone – but re-seating the sim fixed the issue. It works well, is reasonably intuitive & the battery life is pretty good. Overall, a worthwhile purchase & good service & dealt with in the UK.

It fits really well and my westie doesn’t notice it at all. I’m training him to come when sending the tracker location noise . When I did lose him it worked really well. I would definitely recommend this.

Pretty impressed. Bought this tracker because we have recently moved and my dog keep managing to escape the garden. I am very impressed by the accuracy of the tracker – its advertised as 10-15 meters but he was exactly where the tracker said he was! The app was easy to set up and its very useful that my husband can have access to it on his phone too. Only niggle is that for the first week we didn’t know to turn off the LBS so we got a few random notifications saying our dog was somewhere that he wasnt. Since switching LBS off we haven’t had any location accuracy issues though!
